We offer a large assortment of baby shower items including favors, invitations, accessories, games and gifts. Here are some frequently asked questions which may help you with your ordering process.

How long before my order arrives?
Typically most nonpersonalized orders are processed and ready to ship within 2 business days. Please add an additional 3 to 5 business days to your processing time for orders where standard or ground shipping is chosen (add 2 business days for shipping time for 2nd day Air, and add 1 business day for Overnight shipping). Personalized orders will require a longer processing time, which may range from 3 to 5 days before they are ready to be shipped.
I ordered personalized items. How soon can I get them?
Most personalized items are ready to be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. However, please check the detail page of each item to see individual processing times.
Can I order less than the minimum quantity on items with minimum orders?
Most items with minimum quantities are personalized items. To keep prices low these items can only be produced with the required minimum quantities.
What is your return policy?
All non-personalized items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges (we will not refund the amount you paid for shipping) if returned in new condition and unopened within 30 days of receipt of product. There are some exceptions. No returns on personalized items, samples, or edible items. We do not accept partial order returns. Please check before you order to see if your item is sold in sets or individually to prevent over-ordering. In the case of production errors on personalized items, you will receive new product at no additional charge. If your original order was shipped free of charge, you will be charged for actual shipping costs that we incurred to ship the product. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please e-mail us at sales@snazzyoccasions.com with your name and order number and we will give you the return address for your item(s). Please let us know you are returning product so we can make sure you are credited properly. You must e-mail us or call us for a Return Authorization Number before you send product back. We advise you to send your product back via a shipping method providing delivery confirmation such as FedEx or UPS ground service, or US Postal Service priority mail. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned favor boxes.
What is your policy for damaged products?
All claims for damages must be made within 72 hours after receipt of your order. Please e-mail sales@snazzyoccasions.com or call us with your order number, name and what was damaged and we will replace your items immediately.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not offer a catalog at this time.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to Illinois.
How soon should I order for my shower?
If ordering non-personalized items, most favors and games will leave our facility within 1-2 business days. How soon it arrives after that depends on your shipping method. Personalized items require additional processing times for printing. Printing can take an additional 3-5 business days depending on the season. Please allow additional time when ordering personalized items.
