Our goal is 100% satisfaction. However, since many of our products are sent directly from the vendor via third party carriers return policy may vary by item.
All non-personalized items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges (we will not refund the amount you paid for shipping) if returned in new condition and unopened within 30 days of receipt of product.
There are some exceptions. No returns on personalized items, samples, or edible items. We do not accept partial order returns. Please check before you order to see if your item is sold in sets or individually to prevent over-ordering. In the case of production errors on personalized items, you will receive new product at no additional charge.
If your original order was shipped free of charge, you will be charged for actual shipping costs that we incurred to ship the product.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please e-mail us at sales@babyshoweravenue.com with your name and order number and we will give you the return address for your item(s). Please let us know you are returning product so we can make sure you are credited properly. You must e-mail us or call us for a Return Authorization Number before you send product back. We advise you to send your product back via a shipping method providing delivery confirmation such as FedEx or UPS ground service, or US Postal Service priority mail. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned favor boxes.
Personalized and Printed Items
Personalized and printed items are custom made or printed just for you. Once personalized items are produced they cannot be returned or refunded. In case of producer error we will reproduce personalized items at no additonal charge.
UPS, USPS, and Other Ground Shipping
Because shipping is paid to an an independent third party carrier and cannot be refunded to us, we are unable to return ground shipping charges on refunded orders.
Expedited Shipping
Because shipping is paid to an an independent third party carrier and cannot be refunded to us, we are unable to return expedited shipping charges on refunded orders unless the carrier failed to meet a guaranteed delivery time during good weather. We can only refund shipping after placing a successful claim with the third party carrier.
